aspects of your event to minimise the stress to our client.
We the PCO will make sure that every person, sub contractor
and staff member involved in the event are on the same page
and knows exactly what role they will play in ensuring the
success of such an event.
Planning your event
We have a "hands on" approach to all the planning needed for
your event. Our proactive, forward thinking attitude ensure
that we iron out all possible challenges you might encounter
when planning your event. All of your requests will be dealt
with by our skilled team with a wealth of knowledge to
supply appropriate information pertaining to your event.
Managing your event
Ghecko Events and Safaris will appoint a manager for each
event that will deal with you, the client from the planning
stages to the execution of the event, thus ensuring
continuity on all levels. The event manager will take care
of all requests, challenges and changes that might present
itself during the event.
Pre and post tours and activities
Because we form part of a bigger business and leisure
tourism organisation, we have a endless amount of
information and ideas on pre and post tours and activities
for all delegates. We will supply detailed quotations and
travel ideas form arranging a simple afternoon of fun on the
golf course to a fully inclusive holiday and safari for the
seasoned traveller.

How we charge
Depending on the event, we charge an initial planning fee
that will take care of all aspects of the planning stages of
your event, an event management fee that will cover the
whole duration of your event and a financial management fee
to tie up all final accounts and administration after the
event. All of our fees will be quoted in advance to avoid
any "hidden" costs.
